When I meet someone who is interested in coaching, I ask them to tell me about their dreams. I then invite them to dream even bigger by becoming aware of their deepest motivations. With a pragmatic approach based on the latest techniques of personal development, I invest myself in the continuous growth of this person. We develop an action plan to achieve results by taking into account his issues and interests, and together we find out how to turn this dream into reality.
